Hi, I’m Russell Adler. With 10 years as a mindset and performance coach and 27 years before that  as a litigation attorney with over 200 jury trials, I understand the challenges lawyers face—both from my own experience and from working with lawyers whose thinking and mindset have held them back.

I created this course to help lawyers achieve transformational change and reach the next level.   • What is the course format?

    The Content portion of the course consists of eight modules of online course content that contain a total of 36 lessons. Each lesson can also be streamed in .mp3 audio format.  

    The Live Coaching program consists of eight one hour group coaching calls on Zoom, once per week for eight weeks. Each week we will cover one module  The Zoom coaching calls will be recorded and available for playback in the Library section oof the Lawyer Better Community. 

    A 6 month membership in the Lawyer Better Community is also included with the course. The Community consists of other likeminded individuals and contains contextual discussion threads, downloadable content and other useful information.
